Due to the upcoming travel restrictions, a winter sports vacation was not possible.
Only Switzerland was open to us. We then drove through Germany to Lake Geneva, where we found a very friendly campsite right on the lake. We stayed here for 2 nights. A walk through the adjacent bird sanctuary was a relaxing decision.
Here are a few impressions:

In order to be in the snow at least this year, we then drove up to a campsite next to a ski lift. When we saw that there was no rush there, we went skiing. Alone in a gondola we went up the mountain where we had the slopes almost to ourselves. However, we missed the huts that were closed for COVID reasons to take a leisurely break.
